LCC Down on DEA

Dear Community Members,

Recently we tried to upgrade our Clariion AX4-5F from 02.23.050.5.710 to 02.23.050.5.711.

Besides we show some faults during healthcheck which causes system not to perform upgrade.

The problem seems to degregade redundancy on the storage. It seems we have LCC on Enclosure 2 to be broken down, besides this alarm is just triggered after a disk failure. Do anyone has an idea about the root cause of our problem? What should be done to fix this out?

I share the logs below. Full getlog output also attached.

Thanks,

//Sinan

You may need to replace the faulted LCC. Is the device still in warranty, you can submit a case to EMC support.
