if replace faulted disk before rebuilding to hotspare?

Hey, I have a question.

This clariion (CX4-240) disk faulted, and now this is rebulding to hotspare.

It is so slow to rebuild for hotspare.

If I replace the removed disk, is it okay with the storage system?

I think, rebuilding for hotspare will go on. After rebulding for hotspare, equalizing will be stared for the replaced disk.

Is it right?
