Help with AX4-5 disks in transitioning state for over 2 days

I logged into our SAN earlier this week and found that an LCC card and a disk had failed. When I went to replace the bad drive I accidentally pulled the wrong disk out, I reinserted it once I realized it,but not before putting the new drive in the slot first. I then removed the bad drive and replaced it with the spare drive. This was on Friday afternoon, it has been two days and the disks are still in a transitioning state. The drives are in different raid groups both Raid 1/0.

I'm looking for direction on how to find out exactly what is happening, is data transitioning or are the processes hung. The event logging has nothing about the disks status only the LCC failure and enclosure faults. As is seems I do not have experience with SANs. I do not know where or how to get this information and what to do to resolve this issue.
