we got (by nagios) from our cx4-240s:

This sounds like a Mirrorview issue. Have you checked to see if any of the Mirrors are fractured?
If so, you will need to investigate what caused the fracture (did the link drop between the arrays).

thx for your help, we were finally able to fix it with the support.
unfortunately I cant give details as the storage team had to fix it.
