CX500 detect the SPB as empty
Hi, we have an old CX500 and it running with low flare 2.07.500.5.16. We have reboot activity and since then the storage seems like cannot detect the SPB. It just show the SPB is empty. I have tried swap with another SP on working machine but still fail. Any idea?

Hope you have already tried a complete power cycle of the array.

If you have tried inserting a working SP in SPB's slot and is still failing, your SPE ( SP Enclosure ) probably gone bad. If that is the case you don't have much options to try with this very old array..

Full power cycle had been done few times. I was unable to upgrade the flare since it is running with single controller now

When you insert SPB, do you see any of the lights on the back start to flash? Do you see any lights on SPB on the back? Is there power coming from the SPS?
