Command to restart a Storage processor on a CLARiiON CX3-80
The program that I support experienced an unexpected power out over this last weekend; as a result I need to restart SP B on my CX3-80 because it faulted. I do not have Navisphere; I am using Celerra Manger to administer the NAS. I am looking for a command to restart SP B since I cannot find anywhere from within Celerra Manger to perform the restart.
Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated

Hello Galvatron.
Thanks for contacting EMC community
Since the SP is faulted, I doubt running the below command will help. the below command should be run if you can access it over the network however, you can give it a try, if it did not work then you will have to reseat the SP or open a case with the support to check the POST errors from the SP itself using a PC directly connected
via serial cable to the service processor.
The command is: /nas/sbin/navicli -h SPA_IP rebootpeersp -o
Hope that helps.

I ran the command and I am receiving the following message:
' Invalid switch: -rebootpeersp
Invalid arg '
Any ideas?

I updated my first post. just make it /nas/sbin/navicli -h SPA_IP rebootpeersp -o
So just remove ( - ) before rebootpeersp
Hope that helps

I ran this command successfully and everything seems to be okay with SPB. I will keep monitoring it to see if there are any other errors. Thanks for the help
