Clariion Storage group in Failed & Transition state

Hello Guys,

We have few Storage group which is in Failed state for a while , did a failed disk replacement in a different raid group , which is not related to that SG. After replacement , now almost all SG are in Transitioned state.

There is no LUN or Disk rebuild going on, even no alarms on disk and LUN level.

Clarrion Model:CX3-40c

Flare code :3.026.040.05.031

Could that be due to software bug.?
