Could someone please send me a link to download the following version of Flare
04.30.000.5.525
Was able to download Celerra NS-120 6.0.70.4 NAS...

If you have registered you array you should be able to find the most current version of Flare for the CX4-series - 04.30.000.5.529 - this is the most current version. Older versions are removed.
