AX4-5 with Flare23. Possible to manage with Unisphere and USM?

Hi.  I've got a Dell-branded AX4-5 originally bought in 2010 running Flare 23.  Does anyone know if this system can be managed by Unisphere, and/or if disk shelves can be added with Unisphere Service Manager?  If not, what's the preferred tool to do shelf adds without USM?
