Hi ,
I am new to EMC AX150 and wish anyone can help me with it.
My company is using EMC AX150 storage. Lately we found out that 1 hardisk appear with AMBER light.
After check through the Navisphere Express, we found out that the disk is faulty. We have a Hot Spare hardisk and it had been configure to replace the faulty hardisk
We found the errors messages as :- " A disk drive has been powered down by the storage system.........
We have replace the faulty hardisk with a new hardisk . However the new hardisk still show faulty in Navisphere.
Anyone have any idea?
Do I need to Destroy the Hot Spare hardisk to let the new hardisk rebuild by itself?
