Touch screen not working, Dell 5491

I have a Dell 5491 2 in 1 computer. All of a sudden the touch screen stopped working. When I go into Device Manager and click on touch screen The following pops up "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)"

What do they mean by hardware device? My keyboard and screen are on and working, just no touch screen. Please advise. Many thanks, Alan
