Not on Dell Chromebook 11 | 3120 P22T | 4GB Ram

My Dell Chromebook 11 | 3120 P22T |  never on , beside of all resets procedures , Actually windows 11 installed , while changing OS from windows to Linux , accidently USB plug out by kid . For that time its still not on .Its charging but not onn .Can any one help .
