my laptop keeps saying chrome os missing or damaged i need help please
my laptop says chrome os missing or damaged i cant get it to work tried turning on and off im trying to create a recovery image but i dont know what one i need there are 314 to choose from model FALCO C2A-U6Y-D95 can someone please help with this thank you

That appears to be an HP Chromebook -- not Dell.

Well generic advice may well apply to a HP as Much as a DELL.

Thanks for that.
If you knew the unspeakable things I have done to that chromebook....
But it is a Chromebook and not really any use to me.
I drag it out and recharge the battery every few months, otherwise it's a doorstop, to big to be a paperweight.

When using the chromebook recovery utility, search for falco or enter your model number. It will auto-select the correct recovery image. If not, choose falco manually from the list.
