I am having problems navigating Chromebook
Hello,
I have a used Chromebook 3120 that I purchased on Ebay. I have the Chromebook connected via USB cable to my T-Mobile Android phone for Internet. But when I open the Chromebook, there is a page that says: To restore your data, connect to the Internet. Then it lists all of the wi-fi networks in the area. I am not able to get off of this page. How can I get off of this page, and connect the Chromebook to my T-Mobile Internet? And is there a user manual that I could download?
Thank you

You need a genuine internet connection from a provider for a computer. Contact your cable tv provider or shop around.

It sounds like you are doing USB tethering. All I have read is that you can only do this with iPhones. Not sure.
It would work better if you set up your T-mobile smartphone as a wifi hotspot. Not all plans let you do that though. If this is not doable, then you will need to go pay for internet with Comcast, Verizon, etc.
