how to reset windows
I decided to sell my Dell laptop so I wanted to reset my laptop so that, any other user cannot access my personal documents. But I can't understand how to refresh windows 7 of Dell laptop. Can anyone help me?

Have you tried this Dell support page? Also this will not work if you have formatted the drive in the past which would wipe out the factory restore image. This site may help as well assuming the factory restore image is intact.

If you are trying to reset Windows 10, then type in the search box near Cortana, Restore factory setting and click on the first result.
That'll reset your laptop to factory settings.
