How can I update my dale Chromebook 11
I bought this Chromebook not knowing that it had already received its last update is there anyway I can update it because I can download nothing no apps or anything all I am needing it for is to use to help me unlock phones

You can look up the AUE (auto update end) date for your specific system below. If it is beyond that date, there's nothing you can do to update the device.
