Do any Dell Chromebook 3110 2-in-1s have cellular hardware??
Very important. Do any Dell Chromebook 3110 2-in-1s have cellular hardware in them?? Any way for someone with a cell site simulator to access the laptop?
I have googled whether they do, got a no at first, then a yes, then "depends which one." ???

WWAN was a factory option on these, so the answer is unit-specific as to how it was configured at purchase.

I got it through a program at a local library; I think they were used in a school at first. Would I need to take it to a repair shop and have them open it up? Or would it be cheaper to just get another laptop that for sure doesn't have cell hardware

Most people just turn their cell-phones into a hot-spot (so you don't have to pay for another device).
