Dell Chromebook 11 3100 2 in 1 Locks Screen Unprompted
Hi! I have a student Chromebook that will lock the screen while it is in use. He is not pressing the lock button on the keyboard or in the settings, but it goes to that screen. I've tried restarting and reimaging, but to no avail I'm at a loss, please help!!

The shortcut keys are very easily pressed to do this. Typing a capital L will lock it if you use the windows key instead of shift. Keyboard shortcuts in Windows (microsoft.com)
