Dell 7G 15 Touch
Replacing a touch screen with a non touch screen
I have Dell 15 5000 series device with touch screen. I was wondering if you can do a one to one replacement of a touch screen in those devices with a non touch screen and the only functionality lost would be the touch on the screen.
And let me know the model number of screen without touch

It no doubt can be done, but on a 2017 system, you're probably better off selling the system and buying a complete used one. By the time you buy all the parts needed and particularly if you have to pay for labor, you'll spend far more than the system is worth.
A local computer shop can do the job if you're determined to have the swap made -- but Dell won't service a system that's now about eight years old.
