Chromebook 3110 Won't Power On
Chromebook 3110
Our elementary school is running into issues where the 3110 devices will not power on. When we hit the refresh + power they turn on and are at 100% charge. It seems this was an ongoing issue with the 3100 devices as well. How can we prevent this from happening?

We've had this issue a lot at my school district with the 3100s. We don't have any 3110's though... So I haven't experienced this exact issue in regards to seeing the issue on 3110's

We have this issue at school as well. This happens because students never turn off their chromebook, and what happens is that the chromebook eventually goes into a deep sleep mode. And the only way to wake it up is hitting the refresh + power buttons. So I've been telling them to shutdown or reboot their chromebooks once a week.
