No, It Is Underpowered. Its 45 Watts, Meaning That It Will Not Charge Or Not Charge efficiently

My question to the community is has anyone been using this model of Chromebook? I ask because we have been notified that they have them in stock. We have to use the Lenovo 300e Gen 2's but have been having MOBO issues. Plus we can't even get most Lenovo parts right now. Has anyone had any issues with the Dell Chromebook 3100 - 11.6" - Celeron N4020 - 4 GB RAM - 32 GB eMMC?
