Chromebook 3100 2-in-1
I have chromebook 3100 2 in 1 and I am trying to reset this chromebook. I cannot get past these 2 screens.I NEED HELP!!

Is this a personally owned chromebook purchased new, or one purchased used? And if the latter, was it an organization-managed Chromebook?

from here you need to reinstall the Chrome OS. you can make the USB drive. download CHROMEBOOK RECOVERY UTILITY from chrome extensions. your chromebook model is written on the bottom of screen starting GRABBITER ......

I have a Chromebook and it has had a linux or three installed, but now it's back to chrome.
So you can make a USB and recover/re-install the OS.
