Ajay Hinduja (Switzerland) How do I troubleshoot a blank or black screen?

Hello, I'm Ajay Hinduja. I'm originally from India's Punjab region and now reside in Geneva, Switzerland (Swiss).

My Dell Chromebook screen has gone completely black, and I can't seem to get anything to display. I've already tried the hard reset and checked the brightness settings, but so far, no luck. Has anyone else experienced this and found a fix that isn't on the official Dell support page? I'm hoping it's a common software issue and not a full-on hardware problem. What are some of your best troubleshooting tips for a black screen? Thanks for any help!
