Unlock failed 3
Good day.I am CentraStar updated to version 3.1.3-2292-936-20444. Updates went well, although after the upgrade, I can not enter through the Centera Viewer. My attempt to unlock ssh, was not successful:
login as: emcservice
Sent username "emcservice"
emcservice@10.255.0.1's password:
Last login: Mon Dec 5 19:50:05 2005 from admin
!!! WARNING !!!
Command line access should be used only by authorized EMC personnel.
If you are not authorized, please close this session now. You can do
severe damage to the cluster by making mistakes here.
[emcservice@centera service]$ sudo FPunlock_node
We trust you have received the usual lecture from the local System
Administrator. It usually boils down to these two things:
#1) Respect the privacy of others.
#2) Think before you type.
Password:
Unlock failed 3[emcservice@centera service]
in ProcedureGenerator says that perhaps this problem is FilePool. IP, port, login and password exactly right! How do I unlock?

Have you tried logging in through Centera Viewer as 'admin'? You can then unlock the node via the CLI with the 'set security unlock c00xn0x' command.
What version is the hardware platform you are are using? If it is Gen3 and below there might be something wrong with the from panel of that particular node.

I suggest you open a support ticket with EMC Centera Support to further diagnose the problem.
Thanks,
