Unable to download SDK

When I go to https://developer-content.emc.com/downloads/centera/download.htm, enter the information, and click "Continue", I get a 500 page that shows "Cannot find or read the property file for this application." in Firefox and Chrome, and just a generic 500 page in IE. I've tried this with my regular account and also created a new account just in case something was wrong with my account settings, but both encounter the error.

Is there a step I'm missing?
