Trying to install CenteraTools 4.2.2 or 4.3

I am trying to install CenteraTools 4.2.2 or 4.2 on a Windows 7 x64 machine.  The InstallAnywhere binary unpacks its components into the temp folder but the CenterTools.exe program from the temp folder\windows starts then removes all the files and ends.  I have installed JRE 1.7.0_60 32-bit and 64-bit versions on the machine but the installer fails to install the tools.  Any ideas what night be going on?
