Replication Between VNXe3200 Storage Systems with Different Software Versions

I have two VNXe3200 storage systems with different software versions: one running version 3.1.14.10199487 and the other 3.1.10.9946299. Can I replicate data between these two systems despite the version mismatch? Are there any compatibility issues or specific configurations I should be aware of when setting up replication between them?
