Query on Atmos CAS not making progress

Hello,

I'm trying to run query against the 2 online Atmos CAS clusters, but so far I haven't been very successful:

- on cluster 1 (using ip 168.159.214.12, connecting with user1.pea), I get 'FP_QUERY_ABORT' return codes.

- on cluster 2 (using ip 168.159.214.16, connecting with user1.pea), I get 'FP_QUERY_PROGRESS' return codes. This looks hopeful, but after 20 minutes I'm still waiting for the first results.

Previous results are with my own application, but using JCasScript seems to give the same result: after 20 minutes it's still waiting for the first result to come back. There seems to be a difference between an unbounded query (no start/end time) and a bounded query: an unbounded query returns results (although after waiting for 10-15 minutes), while a bounded query keeps on returning 'FP_QUERY_PROGRESS' return codes (but maybe I'm a bit impatient).

Anyone experienced the same issues with the Atmos CAS API/online clusters?

Tx,

Kim Marivoet

can you try it on atmoscas2 node 1 on cas1 is down at the moment and that is probably effecting the query

some additional observations:

- I also tried with user2. This seems to work better, although it's taking a very long time for the query to return the first result.

- With user2 on cluster1 I don't get QUERY_ABORT.

atmoscas1 seems to we working again (no aborts anymore), but it's still very slow. I left it running overnight and did a few queries. However, there seems to be a huge latency when starting a query, especially when using a time boundary, both on atmos1 and atmos2. It takes tens of minutes before the first result is returned.
