Quantity of clips in Centera does not match quantity of objects migrated by the Customer

A Customer has a Documentum application that uses a Centera box as repository. We did a query in Centera using the date range from 03/23/2009 to 03/27/2009 and got 1556 clips as result. However the Customer did a query to Documetum DB, using the same date range and got around 133,332 "registers of bank checks migrated" to Centera. So Customer is mystified about this significant mismatch.

In the attached image you can see the command used to do the query to Centera and the result gotten.

And this is the command used by the Customer to query the Documetum DB: SELECT COUNT(*) FROM USRBDDOCUMENTUMPRO.BCP_CHEQUES_S WHERE FECHA_PROCESO BETWEEN TO_DATE ( '2009-03-23','yyyy-mm-dd') AND TO_DATE('2009-03-28','yyyy-mm-dd')

I would appreciate any help to understand this apparent mismatch. The Customer's concern is that the data might had been deleted from Centera.
