Publice Centera Cluster Availability

We have been using the IP Addresses '128.221.200.60,128.221.200.61,128.221.200.63' to connect to the Public Centera. However, of late, we have not been able to connect to the same. The error message indicates pool not found. We have the required Port 3218 (tcp/udp) open.

We referred to the link - https://community.emc.com/docs/DOC-1038 and as per the same the above cluster is inactive. However, '128.221.200.59' is accessible but we are not able write to the pool. The error indicates that the pool does have the capacity for new blobs.

The same behavior as above is seen with the Centera provided 'JCenteraVerify' tool as well.

Please advise. Thanks.

Are you writing the clips from a Host or replicating between centeras? I would look for exporting/importing the pool and profile settings in the latter case.

Hi,

Please give us the output of the command given below.

show capacity availability

this would tell us the space available on the cluster.
