Problem with spare node
Good afternoon! I have a problem. As it is possible to make spare node from storage node. And how it is possible to make it?

It is possible to make a spare node from a storage node only if it is installed as basic,no compliance mode ,but that will remove all data from the storage node, so be careful before doing this, make sure the back up has been taken
1. Make a local connection to a Storage node using a Service PC with the current set of Global Service Tools for Centera.
If the node to be reset is node 16 - make a connection to C001n15.
2. Unlock the node and log in using Centera CLI.
IP: 10.255.0.1
3. Change the node type to spare
Set the nodes to be reinitialized to spare - enter the following command.
type set node type c001nxx spare xx will be the node number.
Answer Y to the to the two questions posed.
