Issue when retreiving from Centera via Autonomy's EAS Indexer

Can you provide the fpos version, the platform you're working on, and the exception received?

The platform is Windows 2008 R2 running EAS Indexer 6.3.1 from Autonomy. The Centera platform is Centera Gen4LP. The developer is getting the remaining information.

Got it. Are you receiving this exception for all the images? Please provide me the clip ID (Content Address) of couple of problematic clips. I will try to read the same from Centera and verify of that works fine.

Application tries to retrieve an email message from storage. (ImageTag) and returns the information to (ImageStream)

Looking at the SDK  logs, shows everything progressing along normally - clip reads, blobs reads etc then:

Cannot close the object because it is in use. Check your code

Autonomy team needs to verify if all the opened clips are closed prior to closing the pool. Failing to do this will cause the Exception (-10207)
