Infinite loop at client

Hello,

We are experiencing an infinite loop at one of our clients.

The structure of our application, is each server has only a single thread, and there maybe a lot of these processes running at the same time.

Two of these processes have been hanging for a while (over a week).  Client mentioned the processes were taking a big chunk of CPU.

The client is on a Solaris box, with Centera library version 3.1.544, the stack is below, I believe it's spinning within the Centera library itself, we got a couple of pstack-outputs, and they have same stack.

Is this a known issue? If so, is there a solution? If not, is there a way to open a support ticket? (I'm kind of new to centera support)
