How can you migrate data off of centera ?
If you wish to get data off centera without re hydrating via CUA to nas filesystem is there any other options ?
Can centera database be converted to FMA? Is there option to read the data directly off the centera via API calls?
Anyone out there who has migrated Centera archived data (from nas filesystems) to new nas box ns480.?

Hi,
The FMA or CTA (FMA is now referred as CTA) is mainly used to write data from Celerra to Centera since you cannot read or write data directly into the Centera.Data is written to Centera as Clips and Blobs and does not use any File system. So I believe that you would need a CTA to move data from Centera to any NAS device.

The Interlock service works VERY well. It's fast, compliant, reliable and proven.
BTW - did I mention it was fast!
