CTA Code Upgrades

Who is responsible for CTA code upgrades?  Customer / Professional Services / RCM / ASE or CSE ?

Installation Strategy

New installation of this product requires a Technical Solutions (TS) implementation. Technical Services personnel will install all hardware as part of the initial implementation, and will provide the hardware information to the CS help desk for CSI installation updates. Customer Service personnel will provide break/fix remote and on-site support. Customers have the responsibility to perform product upgrades.

Software updates and patches will be available on Powerlink. All EMC FMA / CTA customers will register on Powerlink and have access to software downloads, documentation and the self-help knowledgebase.
