Could not find Centera SDK licensing agreement

Hi,

I am not sure about the terms and conditions for using Centera SDK by third party. Where can I found the licensing agreement for using Centera SDK?

Any help is highly appreciated

You can find it in EMC Centera SDK Version 3.2 API Reference Guide Page 2.

Third-Party License Agreements
EMC Centera Software Development Kit
The EMC Software Development Kit (SDK) contains the intellectual property of EMC Corporation or is
licensed to EMC Corporation from third parties. Use of this SDK and the intellectual property contained
therein is expressly limited to the terms and conditions of the License Agreement.

Use of GPL
The EMC® version of Linux® , used as the operating system on the EMC Centera server, is a derivative of Red
Hat® and SuSE Linux. The operating system is copyrighted and licensed pursuant to the GNU General Public
License (GPL), a copy of which can be found in the accompanying documentation. Please read the GPL
carefully, because by using the Linux operating system on the EMC Centera server, you agree to the terms and
conditions listed therein.

with the rest of tools used as GNU/GPL.
