Centera Errors Showing on ViewDirect Application Logs

I have been working with support on an application (ViewDirect) sending errors when the EMC tech sees no issue on out Centera.  Been working with Helder Mendes at EMC GLobal Services.

        The vendor has come back with another question seeking clarification from EMC, can the following be responded to:

Can you pass along the following question to EMC?  Development would like to know:

When we tried to reproduce this issue, after we deleted a clip, the FPClip_Open() of that clip ID would fail.  We couldn’t reproduce the FPClip_Open() succeeding and just the FPClip_Delete() failing.  Also, the results from FPPool_GetLastError() were a bit different – we saw systemError = 2, class = 0, while Express Script got systemError = 0, class = 2.

Hi Kirk,

Please refer to Primus Solution ID "emc138065" which explains about all the possible errors which we normally get when trying to read or Writ data from Centera using any application. Hope this helps.
