cannot connect to online cluster today

I cannot connect to online cluster today -- Oct. 2nd. I did a tcp dump and do not see any incoming TCP packets.  Is there any problem with the address like 128.221.200.180, 128.221.200.56 today?

If you are still having issues, I would recommend that you try using other clusters. A list is available on the Online Cluster Page

I can connect to 128.221.200.187 today. However I find another problem which I'll post soon.
