Availability of EMC Centera Online Clusters
Hi to everyone,
I am wondering if there is currently ANY(!) of the Centera Online Clusters available.
Does anybody know the current status of the AtmosCASx or one of the previous
clusters EMEAx or USx?
Any help or hint is greately appreciated!

Hi,
Atmos CAS feature is available in Atmos Version 2.0(KONA) and greater. With this feature you'll be able to migrate data from Centera with the existing API's which are being used to write data to Centera.
Note: This feature will not support Infinite retention and Advanced Retention which we've on Centera.

What is the status of Centera online cluster. I tried to send files and says "-10020 Exception of type 'EMC.Centera.FPT".
When will it be solved?

Have the same connectivity issue with EMC Centera Online Clusters.
Tried ALL(!!!) of them using JCenteraVerify - failed with an error:
Could you provide at least some aproximate status when Cluster will be back online?
Regards.

Hello -
I believe they are up and working - I have not exhaustively tested them all but spot checks were successful.
In another thread someone discovered that because the IP addresses of the clusters had changed their firewall was not allowing the traffic through. This is something you might check; Centera uses port 3218 both TCP & UDP.

March 12th and I am still getting the same issue (FP_NO_POOL_ERR).
The status page says everything is "Active", but nothing seems to be working.

OK, I was able to connect using CenteraPing and Centera Viewer (port number was wrong in Centera Viewer) but still cannot get the IVP to work (from z/OS).
