Hi.
I beleive that you can login to access node or anyother node using putty with "emcexpert" or "emcservice" access,but they are only for EMC employees and CE's.
Will let you know if there is an alternate method to Login to the access node from CV.

Hi
For the normal admin the default password is the product name all lower case.

Hi
If admin/centera do not work then it has been changed. If you don't have it there is an emc procedure to get the password reset. Will cost you though.
Have you created any other logins with admin capabilities?
If you want send a health report to holger.jakob@informatio.ch to have me check.
Maybe a remote session to try some more things might help as well.
