What is the startup_wiz.log appearing on desktop after using unisphere?

Seems like the startup_wiz.log file gets written to my desktop most likely when I use the Unisphere client.  I googled startup_wiz.log and it pointed to EMC related information so it has to be this.

The file is blank, but I don't want to have to delete this file every single time I access Unisphere client.  Is there any way to prevent this file from being written to the desktop?

I checked the desktop shortcut I have for Unisphere client and here are the properties:

Target:  "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" "file://localhost/C:/Program Files (x86)/EMC/UIClient/index.html"

Start in: "C:\Program Files (x86)\EMC\UIClient\"

See the start in is under the UIClient folder.  I originally thought well maybe that is blank so its writing log files to the desktop since that's where the desktop icon is.  Well with start in populated, I would think logs would go in "C:\Program Files (x86)\EMC\UIClient\" .

Even launching unisphere is annoying.  You have to click allow blocked content twice, then click later, then you can log in.  Additionally if you want to get any more information from file systems or do any management tasks that provide a pop up, I always have to click the continue anyway (not reccomended) within the pop up window for content to be displayed.

Is there something wrong with my configuration?

Thanks!
