VNX5300 NAS configuration

Hi people, I've a good experience on EMC block storage, but I've never used Celerra.

Now I need to manage a unified VNX5300, so File + Block.

I'm connecting the VNX to our SAN, but I saw that NAS Blade are attacched directly to the SPA p0 and p.1 and SPB p.0 and p1.

I want to use the port 0 ( SPA and SPB ) for mirroview so, i want ask you if it's possible to connect the blade to the san and zone port 1 and 2 of both storage processor as this schema:

BLADE 2 p.0 -> SPA1

BLADE 2 p.1 -> SPB1

BLADE 3 p.0 -> SPA2

BLADE 3 p.1 -> SPB2

VNX SPA p.0 -> Mirrorview

VNX SPB p.0 -> Mirrorview

VNX SPA p.2 -> Block Storage

VNX SPA p-3 -> Block Storage

VNX SPB p.2 -> Block Storage

VNX SPB p.3 -> Block Storage

Hi hope my question is clear.

Is there any documentation about this?

Thanks a lot for your help.

don't think it's supported, this is an integrated box not a gateway.  Is the mirrorview software installed and it got assigned to SPA0 and SPB0 ports ?

No you cannot change the direct connect between data mover and SP to a fabric connect in this case

ON VNX the SP port dedicated to Mirrorview are the SPA 0 and SPB 0.

So, how can I use both VNX File and Block with MirroView if I can't change ( as Rainer say ) the standard configuration?

Thanks for your time dynamox and Rainer!!

i wonder if MirrorView was installed later on because on my VNX5700 datamovers are connected to A8,A9,B8 and B9.
