VNX5200 returns a N/A in Consumed Capacity for thinlun -list command

Hi

We are trying to get the data for the thinlun -list command using NaviSec CLI. What we get is for some of the Luns the Consumed Capacity is returned as N/A. What I expect is a range from 0 and not a N/A. What does N/A indicate ? Why would we be getting that value.

Also is it possible to get a N/A in the User Capacity (GBs) field as well?

i am not sure it will ever be 0 as even a thin LUN consumes some space for metadata. For example i just created a brand new 10G thin LUN :

Allocation Owner:  SP B

User Capacity (Blocks):  20971520

User Capacity (GBs):  10.000

Consumed Capacity (Blocks):  6303744

Consumed Capacity (GBs):  3.006

these LUNs being reported as N/A  ..they are not VNX SMP/Snapshot LUNs ?
