vnx 5200 control station after vnxia configuration error not boot

Hello everyone I have a new VNX storage 5200, during the first configuration with the vnxia the process has killed the abnormally, reboot the console will not start .

that gives me the error by connecting the serial cable is

Creating root device.
Mounting root filesystem.

Setting up other filesystems.
Setting up new root fs

no fstab.sys, mounting internal defaults

Switching to new root and running init.
unmounting old / dev
unmounting old / proc
unmounting old / sys
switchroot: mount failed: No such file or directory

how to solve, storage is all new I reinstall all to factory state , the know how?
