Vmware SRM 5.5 vnx SRA on NX4?
I'm curious if the SRA for the VNX also works with an NX4 Celerra in VMWare SRM 5.5. I know the version for SRM 5.0 and 5.1 include DART support but if my Nx4 is running the latest code version. I need to upgrade to Esxi 5.5 and with that vcenter server and SRM.

Unfortunately, SRM5.5 hasn't supported NX4 yet. The below screenshots are from vmware.

I was afraid of that. I am adding a few new servers to my vmware clusters and they are coming with ESXi 5.5 installed. I guess I'll have to wipe them and install 5.1.
I checked the compatibility matrix and if I go to 5.5, SRM would have to be upgraded as well. Maybe I'll start reading up on the VMware replicator product since it's storage agnostic.

In that case SRM must be upgraded for sure.
VMware replication has been included in SRM 5.5 installation pack.
You could use VR to replicate vm between arrays, however, SRA is still required to discover and manage the underlying storage as an important part of SRM.
