Trouble mounting after installing hard drives.
I recently installed some SAS drives into our AX4-5 and we are now experiencing the following error:
Error 2237: Execution failed: have_disk_group: Precondition violated. [VIRTUAL_DISK.is_spindle_type_mixed]
This error appers after I run the following command in an attempt to discover the new storage that I have installed in the arrays:
nas_diskmark -mark -all server_2 -discovery y
As the title states we are having problems mounting directories now as all. All this comes after we installed the new hard drives. I have already figured that directories should have been unmounted prior to installing (they were not) but now we can't seem to get things back to working and I can't find any information on this error for the life of me. If anyone has any ideas on where to start troubleshooting it is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately I can't post logs or anything like that since I am in a secret facility.

What kind of drives were there in the DAE other than the newly added SAS Drives??
Share the part number of the disks you have added and the FLARE Version..
Have you expanded already running RG with the new disks or created new RG with the new disks??
If new RG, what is the RAID type and how many disks you have added??
What is the capacity of the LUN you have created and given to Celerra.??
Thanks,

One of the reasons for this error, is a mismatch between the luns the Celerra has seen in the past and the luns the Celerra is seeing right now. Or with other words, a lun was removed/deleted without using nas_disk -delete command.
Check the nas_disk -l output against the storagegroup -list.
