reinstall of NS-480FC Control Station that is out of support
I'm trying to find some direction for an NS-480FC Control Station that is out of support.
I was able to install 6.0.71.4 from DVD and made it all the way through and it erred out at(see attached file for full install log):
Starting Celerra Service Enabler install
Error 12031: CLARiiON 128.221.252.200 running FLARE R30 requires security for "navicli" commands.

Action : Celerra Service Enabler failed to install. Manually install
the Celerra Service Enabler using the navicli command given above.
Root Disk Installation Succeeded
Which is all fine and dandy but the NAS service never started BUT the LUNS were mapped properly and mounted as /dev/nda1 and /dev/nde1.
However... after giving it a reboot, not only will the NAS service still NOT start, but the LUNS won't mount either. Only the partitions on /dev/hda (local disk) are mounted.
I have run:
[root@emcnas_i0 ~]# /nasmcd/getreason
6 - slot_0 control station ready
4 - slot_2 configured
4 - slot_3 configured
but obviously no help there.
I'm assuming it may have something to do with Celerra Service Enabler not being able to install... which I could try to install again but /nas/ won't mount...
Can anyone help? What am I missing? Are there logs I can look at?
I know that I can get support from EMC if I pay but I would like to avoid that since this thing is rather old and won't be in production.
