Received strange email from emc

I've received a strange email from EMC this morning stating they have an open SR for a dial home on a serial number that does not match any of ours.  They do say it is not under valid maintenance contract but would be billed at T&M rates.  A few minutes later another guy on the thread replied to do so and they can do the drive replacement.

I checked and I don't have that SR or APM#.  It almost looks like I was incorrectly CC'd on someone else's email.  Checking the guy who replied, it seems to be a logistics company in Ohio.  I'm a financial institution in Pennsylvania. 

How did this get crossed up?  I did check all my arrays because we do have 1 that is not under maintenance, but everything is working correctly.

I would suggest you clarify from the local support/account team.They will be the best who can help you here.

sometimes they confused serial numbers of the Celerra with serial numbers of the back-end Clariion.
