NS40G 6.0.40.5 authenticate failed !

After upgrade a NS42G from 5.6.44-4 to 6.0.40.5 (by cli proc) and the CX4-120 from 04.28.000.5.501 to 04.30.000.5.508 we can’t access to the CS management even CS@IP or USM or Unisphere Client. The error message is still “authenticate failed” (we know the good CS user/admin, in putty it’s OK)

Is it mandatory to include the CS@IP in the CX4 domain to access the CS management (by Unisphere) in these versions ?

Waiting for an answer

Thank’s

Hi,

If the scope is set to local and the checkbox "ldap" is not checked, you should be able to login with the same credentials you used on the ssh.

Since this was already checked, I suggest you to open a support ticket. This should be pretty straightforward.
