Not able to mount nfs export on aix host

I am not able to map nfs export on aix host. I checked from celerra end, fs is mounted as read only and exported as read/write,root,access.

Hence my question is, if mount a fs as ro, and export as rw,root and access, will be able to mount the fs on the unix host ?
